Repairs and Callouts

In the event of a system failure, you can contact us to arrange for one of our fully trained engineers to investigate any faults. We aim to perform repairs on-site, but for more complex issues, we will prepare a quotation for the necessary repairs.

Servicing and Routine Maintenance

OPTION 1 – SINGLE FULL SERVICE

Ideal for single occupancy / residential properties.

This service includes a thorough maintenance check of your gate system on a pre-arranged date, which consists of:

  • Visual Inspection: A complete overview of all equipment.
  • Performance Testing: Comprehensive functionality tests to ensure everything operates correctly.
  • Routine Servicing:
    • Greasing all motor parts and gate hinges.
    • Cleaning all safety equipment to ensure proper operation.
    • Checking all hardware, nuts, fixings, welding, etc., for safety and security.
    • Cleaning and testing all gate access equipment, including keypads, intercoms, and locks.
    • Replacing batteries in wireless intercoms and safety accessories.
    • Ensuring manual release mechanisms are in working order.
  • Health & Safety Check: A review to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Note: Replacement of defective parts will be charged at the manufacturer’s current price list.

OPTION 2 – SERVICE/MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Perfect for Multiple Occupancy Developments, Managed Sites, Commercial Sites, Schools, Hospitals etc. where regular routine services are required as part of meeting current safety guidelines.

By enrolling in our service/maintenance contract, you will benefit from:

  • Two Routine Services: Conducted at six-month intervals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Priority Call Out: In the event of a breakdown, you will receive priority service over non-maintained sites.
  • Visual Inspection: A comprehensive review of all equipment.
  • Performance Testing: Full functionality tests.
  • Routine Servicing:
    • Greasing all motor parts and gate hinges.
    • Cleaning all safety equipment.
    • Ensuring all hardware, nuts, fixings, welding, etc., are safe and secure.
    • Cleaning and testing of gate access equipment, including keypads, intercoms, and locks.
    • Ensuring manual release mechanisms are functioning properly.
  • Health & Safety Check: A thorough review to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
